1password Safer
- Your 1Password data is kept safe by the industry-standard 256-bit AES encryption algorithm. This makes it all but impossible for someone to decrypt the data you entrust to 1Password.
- Whether the answer is one or hundreds, Password Safe allows you to safely and easily create a secured and encrypted user name/password list. With Password Safe all you have to do is create and remember a single 'Master Password' of your choice in order to unlock.
- Disclaimer: I work for AgileBits, makers of 1Password. Thanks for asking me to answer this, Marc Bodnick. The short answer is that your data is safe in 1Password. Fundamental design choices were made to protect everything you store in 1Password.
